I’m go with the flow with a touch of sarcasm. I don't take life more seriously than I have to and I love deep conversations. My dog is my favorite person and the thought of one day giving him the land to roam that he deserves keeps me going. Oh, and I'm fueled by Jesus and He's truly the only reason I stepped foot into this business in the first place.

How did I get into wedding photography?

My first wedding was June of 2019, but the story on how I booked it is what is truly amazing and I can only ever give God the credit.

As an Agricultural Communications graduate from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes), a photography class was a part of our curriculum - and I can guarantee I wasn't a standout student.

It was because of that class that I picked up a camera in the first place and because of that class I managed to get a social media internship with RFDTV's The American Rodeo where I got to have full access and a behind the scenes look on a million dollar rodeo. They let us bring a camera and be on the floor at the At&t Stadium in Arlington, Texas where I got to capture the rodeo on a camera and lens I rented.

After an incredible weekend and social media posts, a friend from junior college messaged me to capture her June wedding in Muskogee, Oklahoma and would not take no for an answer. In four months I found every free resource available at the time to be prepared and even brought my friend along with and gave her a camera and guided her on what I needed. I'll always be so thankful for her taking that chance on me because its been an incredible seven years.
